Physician Peer Support
The Mission Physician Peer Support Program offers peer support to physicians experiencing a difficult time. Remember, you’re not alone, and support is just a conversation away with a trained physician colleague.

Confidentiality is integral to the success of a peer support interaction. You connecting with a Peer Supporter is your private decision. Your request for support will not be reported to the College, Health Authority or discussed with your colleagues.
For immediate crisis support, reach out to the Physician Health Program anytime at 1.800.663.6729, available 24/7. Initiative supported by MMH MSA and MDoFP.

Self-Referral
To speak with a Peer Supporter, please fill out the form below. Your information and use of the program
will be kept confidential – only viewable by the Peer Supporter and program administrator for the
purpose of facilitating a match. Your Peer Supporter will reach out to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact traceywelsh.femsa@gmail.com.
Please note that we will try our best to meet your accommodation requests, however, we may not be able to accommodate all requests due to the availability of our peer supporters.

Refer a Physician Colleague
To refer a colleague to the Peer Support Program, please fill out the form below. The information you
share with us will be kept confidential – only viewable by the Peer Supporter and program administrator
for the purpose of facilitating a match. The Peer Supporter will reach out to your colleague as soon as
possible. Please ensure you have your colleague’s permission prior to filling
